Padya Paramita

Padya Paramita is an accomplished educator and creative professional with extensive experience in writing and content creation. Currently serving as an Adjunct Professor at the University of New Haven since July 2022, Padya develops syllabi that support students in enhancing their academic writing skills with a focus on diverse authors. As Co-Editor-in-Chief and Co-Founder of Dream Glow Magazine, Padya leads a literary platform and hosts various literary events, enhancing community engagement among writers. Previous roles include serving as a Digital Content Specialist and Graduate Coach at InGenius Prep, where Padya produced significant resources on the college admissions process, and various writing and research positions, including a Research Assistant at Columbia University School of the Arts. An MFA graduate from Columbia University, Padya's academic background is complemented by a Bachelor’s degree from Wellesley College, reinforcing a strong foundation in creative writing and interdisciplinary studies.
