Rachael Petitti

Rachael Petitti, Ph.D., LCSW, serves as a Lecturer and Director of the BS Health Sciences program at the University of New Haven since August 2017. Additionally, Rachael Petitti has been a Healthcare Consultant since January 2016, specializing in leadership within public health, nonprofit management, and behavioral health integration. Previously, Rachael held various significant roles including Visiting Professor at the University of California, Davis, and Chief Executive Officer at Connecticut Renaissance, overseeing a premier behavioral health provider. Rachael also directed mental health treatment programs for the New York City Department of Health & Mental Hygiene and worked as a Principal Consultant for healthcare consulting firms. Rachael holds a Master of Social Work from Columbia University and a Ph.D. in Public and Urban Policy from The New School.
