Dr Roya Khalil

Dr. Roya Khalil is a seasoned professional in the field of chemical engineering and research development, currently serving as the Director of Research Development at Incitec Pivot Fertilisers since December 2018. Concurrently, Dr. Khalil holds the position of Partner Investigator for the ARC Research Hub for Smart Fertilisers and serves as an Honorary Senior Fellow at the Faculty of Veterinary and Agricultural Sciences at the University of Melbourne. Previously, Dr. Khalil was an Adjunct Senior Research Fellow at Monash University and held various key roles at companies such as Orora, IXOM, Bega Cheese Limited, SPC Ardmona, and Plantic Technologies Ltd. Dr. Khalil's academic credentials include a Doctor of Philosophy in Chemical Engineering from RMIT University and an MBA from Edinburgh Business School, Heriot-Watt University, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from RMIT University.
