Nikiah Hollard

Nikiah Hollard is an experienced professional in user experience and service design, currently serving as the Experience & Service Design Lead at UNSW since April 2025. Prior to this role, Nikiah operated as a freelance UX designer and strategist from July 2024 to April 2025 and managed user experience and development at Curtin University from August 2021 to April 2025. Previous positions include User Experience Designer at Wunderman Thompson and Meerkats, and Service Innovation Consultant at Foxtel. Nikiah began a career in healthcare as a Dental Nurse at Lee and Mak Dental and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design and Advertising from Curtin University, completed in 2018.
