Michelle Duffy

Michelle Duffy is an accomplished academic currently serving as the Deputy Head of School - Research Training and Associate Professor at the University of Newcastle since March 2017. Prior to this role, Michelle held the position of Senior Lecturer in Sociology at Federation University Australia from January 2014 to March 2017 and served as a Senior Lecturer at Monash University from June 2009 to January 2014. Earlier academic responsibilities included a Lectureship at the University of Melbourne from 2001 to 2009, focusing on Australian Studies and Indigenous Studies.
