Rod Henderson

Rod Henderson is a highly experienced professional with a robust background in leadership and advisory roles across various organizations. Currently serving as an Advisory Board Member for both the University of Newcastle's Vice-Chancellor's Industry & Business Advisory Board and Power Control Engineers, Rod provides strategic guidance from a CEO-level perspective. As a Director for the Committee for the Hunter and previously for Boundary Power, Rod has contributed to the advancement of modular power solutions. Rod's extensive tenure at Ampcontrol spanned from October 1999 to June 2025, where multiple high-level roles, including Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, were held. In addition, Rod held a directorship at ResTech from June 2014 to June 2025. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration from the University of Newcastle and training from TAFE NSW.
