Amanda Willingham

Amanda Willingham is an experienced professional in online program management and recruitment, currently serving as the Associate Director of COBT Online Programs and Associate Director of Online Recruitment at the University of North Alabama since July 2014. Amanda has progressively advanced through various roles within the institution, starting as a Senior Recruitment Coordinator and previously as a Student Recruitment Relationship Specialist. Prior to this academic career, Amanda managed operations as a Bartender/Manager at Champys Famous Fried Chicken from June 2012 to June 2017, where responsibilities included employee management, guest services, and marketing initiatives. Earlier experience also includes a position as a Merchandise Handler/Shift Leader at Cracker Barrel, managing inventory and processing weekly shipments. Amanda holds a Master of Business Administration in Project Management and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Professional Marketing, both from the University of North Alabama.
