Jackie Allen

Jackie Allen is currently the Director of Wellness and Health Promotion and a Lecturer in Kinesiology at the University of North Alabama, where responsibilities include overseeing the faculty staff wellness program and teaching health education to undergraduate students. Prior experience includes roles as a Health and Wellness Coach, managing wellness initiatives, and serving as an Instructor of Health and Human Performance. Jackie also held various positions at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Alabama from 1992 to 2017, including Department Manager of Associate Resources, where responsibilities involved managing employee relations, health and wellness programs, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Jackie holds a Master of Science in Wellness and Health Promotion from the University of North Alabama and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the same institution.
