Andrew Chin

Andrew Chin is a distinguished legal scholar currently serving as the Paul B. Eaton Distinguished Professor of Law and Professor at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill since July 2017. Previously, Andrew held the position of Associate Professor at the same institution from June 2001 to June 2017. Andrew's professional background includes experience as an Associate at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom from 2000 to 2001 and as a Law Clerk for the Hon. Henry H. at the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia from September 1998 to January 2000. Andrew's academic experience also encompasses lecturer roles at the University of Texas at Austin, King's College London, and Texas A&M University. Andrew earned a JD from Yale Law School and holds a DPhil and BS in Mathematics from the University of Oxford and The University of Texas at Austin, respectively.
