Heather Thompson

Heather Thompson is an experienced Course Evaluation Coordinator at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, responsible for coordinating end-of-term evaluations for the College of Arts and Sciences and providing technical support for the Blue Course Evaluation System. As an independent author since October 2013, Heather released the first book of a series and is currently working on subsequent titles. Previous roles include IT Specialist at American Safety Utility Corporation, where responsibilities included QuickBooks administration and end-user tech support, and various positions in retail and education. Heather holds an MA in English from Appalachian State University and a BA in English from North Carolina State University.
