Jennifer L. Platt

Jennifer L. Platt, DrPH, is a public health professional with extensive experience in leadership, innovation, and advocacy within various organizations. Currently serving as the Director and CoFounder of Tick-borne Conditions United since January 2018, Jennifer focuses on education and advocacy for tick-borne conditions. As the CEO and Founder of TickWarriors LLC, Jennifer leads the development of eco-friendly pest control solutions. Additionally, as an Adjunct Professor at the UNC Gillings School of Global Public Health, Jennifer teaches courses related to Public Health Leadership and Health Policy. Previous roles include President of JP & Associates, Senior Associate at Iris Group, and Director of Operations at Water.org, among others. Jennifer holds a DrPH in Health Policy and Management, an MSPH in Environmental Management and Policy from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and a B.A. in Environmental Studies from Hendrix College.
