Mary Beth Koza

Mary Beth Koza is an experienced professional in environmental health and safety, currently serving as the EHS Director at North Carolina State University since September 2024, and previously as the Interim EHS Director. Prior roles include EHS Advisor for the University of North Carolina System and Treasurer for the ACS Division of Chemical Health and Safety. Mary Beth Koza has also held the position of Retired Executive Director of EHS/Risk Management at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and served as Director at Bristol-Myers Squibb Company from 1979 to 2008. Mary Beth Koza holds an MBA in Pharmaceutical Science from Fairleigh Dickinson University and a BA in Chemistry from Kean University.
