Paul Friga

Paul Friga currently serves as the UNC KFBS Professor and Practice Area Leader for Strategic Transformation of Public Higher Education at The Association of Governing Boards of Universities and Colleges - AGB Consulting since March 2021. At the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, Friga is a Clinical Associate Professor of Strategy & Entrepreneurship at the Kenan-Flagler Business School since July 2008. Additionally, Friga has held positions at The Institute for Management Studies as a Professor since 2004, and previously served as Chief Strategy Officer for HelioCampus and ABC Insights, where the focus was on enhancing decision-making in higher education. Friga's academic background includes serving as an Associate Professor at the Kelley School of Business, as well as consulting roles at McKinsey & Company and PricewaterhouseCoopers. Friga holds a BS in Management and Accounting from Saint Francis University and an MBA and Ph.D. from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School.
