Vincent Culpepper has extensive work experience in the field of lacrosse coaching and operations. Vincent started their coaching career in 2013 as a Graduate To Go Counselor at the Boys & Girls Clubs of Indianapolis. Vincent then worked as an Assistant Football Coach and Special Education Paraprofessional at Indianapolis Public Schools in 2015. In the same year, they also served as the Head Varsity Lacrosse Coach at Lawrence High School Lacrosse Club.
In 2016, Culpepper joined Central State University as a Financial Aid Officer and also took on the role of Assistant Football Coach. Vincent then moved on to Wabash College in 2017, where they worked as an Assistant Men's Lacrosse Coach, managing various aspects of the lacrosse program.
Culpepper's next position was at Cairn University, where they served as the Head Men's Lacrosse Coach and later as the Student of Color Resource Coordinator. In these roles, they focused on creating a sense of belonging for students of color and cultivating fellowship among them.
In 2022, Culpepper became the Director of Lacrosse Operations at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Vincent worked in this role until 2023 when they joined the National Lacrosse Association (NLA) as the Head Lacrosse Coach for the Harlem Reign LC. Vincent also simultaneously took on the position of Assistant Men's Lacrosse Coach at Hampton University.

Vincent Culpepper earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in General Studies from Indiana University Bloomington between 2010 and 2015. Currently, they are pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at Cairn University, starting in 2021.
