Jim Weeks

Jim Weeks is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in organizational development and higher education. Currently, as Principal Partner at Next Ascent LLC since January 2012, Jim specializes in customized strength-based initiatives and strategic planning. As Dean Emeritus of the Bryan School of Business at UNC Greensboro, Jim has contributed to AACSB accreditation efforts and led as the chief academic and operating officer, focusing on leadership development, program assessment, and fundraising. Jim has also been a nationally recognized scholar and educator in operations management, consulting for various organizations. Additionally, Jim serves on advisory boards for multiple family businesses, demonstrating ongoing commitment to mentorship and guidance in business operations. Academic qualifications include a PhD in Operations Management from the University of South Carolina Darla Moore School of Business, an MBA from East Carolina University, and a Bachelor of Science from Methodist University.
