Tyeesha Wesley

Tyeesha Wesley, Ed.D., serves as the Director of Residence Life at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, providing leadership and direction for residence education within the Housing & Residence Life department since June 2022. Previously held roles include Interim Associate Director for Residence Life and Assistant Director of Recruitment, Training, and Inclusion Initiatives, where responsibilities included staff supervision, crisis management, and strategic planning. Tyeesha has held various positions at Radford University, Clemson University, Minnesota State University, and Valdosta State University, accumulating extensive experience in residential life, crisis response, and program development. Tyeesha earned a Doctor of Education in Leadership and Professional Practice from Trevecca Nazarene University, a Master of Education in Higher Education Leadership from Valdosta State University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Lenoir-Rhyne University.
