Norma Ramirez

Norma Ramirez currently serves as the Assistant Director of Housing and Residence Life at Texas Christian University since June 2022. Prior experience includes a decade at Midwestern State University, where roles ranged from Residence Hall Director to Associate Director of Residence Life & Housing. In these positions, Norma utilized knowledge of student and leadership development to enhance training for resident assistant teams and create safe living environments that fostered academic success and social connectivity among first-year female students. Norma holds a Master of Education in Educational Leadership and Administration and a Bachelor of Music in Music Teacher Education, both from Midwestern State University.
