Ben Hippeli

Ben Hippeli, MBA, CST, serves as a Professor of Professional Selling and Sales Management at the University of North Florida since July 2017. Ben is the Founder and Vice President of Benchmark Training LLC, a company dedicated to fostering a culture of profitability through people development. Previously, Ben held the position of Executive Vice President at The Axiom Group, where Ben successfully established B2B relationships and expanded the company’s product line across multiple states. Ben also served as Area Executive Director for the American Cancer Society, effectively leading a team to enhance community outreach during challenging economic times. With a robust background in sales and marketing management across various industries, Ben's early career included leadership roles at Lifestyles Realtors, Gracor Personal Training, and Delve Market Research. Ben holds an MBA from the University of North Florida and a BBA from Georgia State University, along with certification from the Sales Trainer Academy.
