Catherine Christie

Catherine Christie, PhD, RDN, LDN, FAND, serves as the Associate Dean and Professor Emeritus at the University of North Florida, where a distinguished career spans from August 2001 to the present. Catherine holds the title of Distinguished Professor within the Brooks College of Health and contributed as Associate Dean from August 2010 to August 2023. Catherine is also an active member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics since 1979, holding roles such as Treasurer and member of the Board of Directors. Catherine earned a PhD in Nutrition and Food Science from Florida State University between 1979 and 1982.
