Liz Gregg

Liz Gregg, PhD, is a professor at the University of North Florida, where notable roles include serving as the Taylor Leadership Institute Faculty Liaison and founding director of the JAIDE Institute, a research institute dedicated to diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts, though it was defunded due to Florida law. Liz holds extensive experience in leadership positions, including Department Chair for Leadership, School Counseling, and Sport Management, as well as Sport Management Program Director. Additionally, Liz works as an executive coach for Coggin Graduate and Executive Programs. Prior academic roles include Department Chair and Graduate Program Director at Jacksonville University and lecturer at Indiana University Bloomington.
