Richmond D. Wynn, Ph.D. has extensive experience in the field of mental health counseling and academic leadership. Currently serving as Vice President and Chief Diversity Officer at the University of North Florida, they provide leadership and support for the university's diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives. With a background in counseling and academia, they have held various roles at UNF including Director of the Counseling Center and Associate Professor & Director of the Clinical Mental Health Counseling Program. Prior to joining UNF, they also worked in counseling and administrative positions in various mental health agencies in Jacksonville, FL. With a Ph.D. in Counselor Education, they bring a wealth of expertise to their current role.
