Hannah Richard

Hannah Richard is a registered architect with extensive experience in project management and architectural design. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at the University of North Texas System since September 2022, Hannah previously held the same title at Broaddus & Associates and worked as a Senior Design Manager at McKesson. Prior roles include Project Manager and Project Architect at Perkins+Will, along with an Arch III position at both Perkins+Will and SmithGroupJJR. Hannah's career commenced as a Historic Preservation Research Assistant at Texas Tech University and included experience as a Fire Protection Systems Designer and architectural intern. Hannah holds a combined Master of Architecture and MBA degree from Texas Tech University.
