Jane Gray

Jane Gray is a seasoned professional with over 13 years of experience in corporate recruiting and talent acquisition. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Talent Acquisition at the University of North Texas System since July 2016, Jane has previously held key positions including Director of Talent Acquisition at Signet Jewelers and Senior Director of Talent Acquisition and HR Compliance at VHA. Jane also contributed significant expertise as Senior Director of Recruiting at Blockbuster, Inc., where a new ATS system was implemented to manage a large volume of applicants. Earlier career experiences include roles at Timberhorn Specialty Services and Southwestern Bell Mobile Systems, where Jane supported human resources functions during a period of rapid growth in the cellular industry. Jane holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Business Management from The University of Texas at Dallas.
