Ashley Lang

Ashley Lang, Ed.D., serves as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Northern Iowa, teaching MBA courses on leadership and HR management since June 2024. With a rich background in higher education, Ashley has held various roles at Wartburg College, including Adjunct Professor, Assistant Director of the Institute for Leadership Education, and Director of Campus Programming. As the Founder and Consultant at Goal Digger since 2017, Ashley specializes in promoting strategic growth through personalized business experiences. Additionally, involvement with Gamma Phi Beta International Sorority contributes to leadership development initiatives. Ashley holds a Doctorate in Interdisciplinary Leadership from Creighton University and a Master’s in Counseling & Student Personnel from Minnesota State University, Mankato.
