Denita Gadson

Denita Gadson, PhD, currently serves as the Director of Educational Talent Search at the University of Northern Iowa since February 2022. In addition, Denita is the Business Owner of iGus Marketing, an indoor digital billboard company focused on brand awareness, and has owned 4C's Consulting, LLC since October 2007. Denita previously worked as a Business Development Specialist at First Children's Finance, where financial and business development support was provided to childcare businesses in Iowa. Earlier experience includes serving as Program Manager at Iowans for Social & Economic Development (ISED Ventures), managing a satellite office that offered diverse services and support to small businesses.
