Andrea Lee

Andrea Lee, IHM, currently serves as Associate Director and Mission Animator at Mercy Conference for Higher Education and as Chaplain to the Staff at the University of Notre Dame. Additionally, Andrea holds the position of Senior Executive for Mission and Sponsorship with the Association of Catholic Colleges and Universities. Previous roles include Interim Vice President of Academic Affairs at St. Norbert College and President at Alverno College, known for its abilities-based curriculum, as well as at St. Catherine University, recognized as one of the largest colleges for women in the U.S. Earlier in the career, Andrea served as Executive Vice President at Marygrove College. Andrea earned a Doctor of Philosophy in Educational Leadership and Administration from Penn State University.
