Dan Gezelter is a distinguished academic with extensive experience in chemistry and education. Currently serving as the Senior Associate Dean for Education and Undergraduate Programs and a Professor of Chemistry at the University of Notre Dame since August 1999, Dan Gezelter has held various leadership roles, including Associate Dean for Undergraduate Studies, Director of Undergraduate Studies for Chemistry and Biochemistry, and Director of Graduate Admissions. Prior to this, Dan Gezelter was a Post-doctoral research scientist at Columbia University from January 1996 to July 1999, working under the guidance of Bruce Berne. Dan Gezelter earned a PhD in Chemistry from the University of California, Berkeley, and holds additional degrees from the University of Cambridge and Duke University.
