Michele Davies

Michele Davies, PhD, is an accomplished professional with extensive expertise in economics, public policy, and environmental sustainability. Currently serving as the Managing Director of the BIG Lab at the University of Notre Dame, Michele focuses on creating sustainable pathways out of poverty globally. Previous roles include Consulting Economist, where Michele provided strategic guidance on environmental and energy issues for various initiatives, including the We Will Chicago strategic plan. Additional experience encompasses consulting and academic positions, including Adjunct Faculty at Loyola University Chicago and Lecturer at the University of Chicago, as well as co-founding Raven Intel. Michele holds a PhD in Public Policy from the University of Chicago, along with an MBA from the University of Oxford and an MS in Civil & Environmental Engineering from UCLA.
