Tom Gallagher

Tom Gallagher is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently, Gallagher serves as an Executive in Residence at the University of Notre Dame, where career counseling is provided to student-athletes. In tandem, Gallagher teaches Leadership and Strategy courses at Mendoza Business School and advises on investments within startup companies, demonstrating a commitment to education and mentorship. Additional roles include Board Member at Devansoy Inc. and Independent Consultant for THE CONTEXT NETWORK, focusing on strategic advisory in the agriculture sector. Gallagher co-founded 4MARKET, offering investment and strategic planning support to businesses. Prior experience includes a significant tenure as CEO of Dairy Management Inc., where operational optimization and revenue growth were prioritized, and as Senior Vice President at the US League of Savings Institutions, where a major investment banking firm was established. Gallagher holds a Bachelor of Science in Political Science and a Master of Public Administration from DePaul University.
