Rachael Duthie

Rachael Duthie is a seasoned professional in knowledge exchange and research development, currently serving as the Training and Development Manager for Knowledge Exchange at the University of Nottingham since April 2014. Rachael has a strong background in enhancing research excellence, particularly within the Faculty of Engineering, where strategic leadership in interdisciplinary research initiatives like Water Works has fostered significant external partnerships. Previous experience includes roles in communications and liaison at the University of Sheffield's Leonardo Tribology Centre and marketing support at Anchor Magnets Ltd, among others. Rachael holds a BMedSci in Health and Human Sciences and an FdA in Business Management and Marketing from respected institutions, demonstrating a robust foundation in both academic and industry contexts.
