Stephen Morgan

Stephen Morgan is a Professor Emeritus at the University of Nottingham, where a focus on research in Chinese economic history continues alongside efforts to support the development of Indah Consultancy. With extensive experience in higher education, Stephen has held various positions including Professor of Chinese Economic History, Associate Professor and Reader, and served as Executive Director and Dean at the University of Nottingham Ningbo China. Prior roles include Senior Lecturer at the University of Melbourne and Assistant Editor at the Far Eastern Economic Review. Stephen's academic credentials include a PhD in East Asian History from The Australian National University and an MA in Comparative Asian Studies from The University of Hong Kong.
