Chris Fiebrich

Chris Fiebrich has extensive experience in meteorology and climatology, currently holding the position of Director at the Oklahoma Climatological Survey and serving as a Professor and Adjunct Faculty member in the School of Meteorology at the University of Oklahoma since January 2010. Additionally, Chris Fiebrich has been a Certified Consulting Meteorologist with the American Meteorological Society since July 2014 and previously held the role of Executive Director and Manager at Oklahoma Mesonet from November 2001 to July 2024. Chris Fiebrich earned a Ph.D. in Meteorology from the University of Oklahoma, where studies were completed between 1993 and 2007, following completion of secondary education at Bastrop High School from 1989 to 1993.
