Cindy Ross

Cindy Ross, AIC, currently serves as an Advisory Board Member for the Women in Leadership Program at the University of Vermont since April 2024. Cindy has extensive experience in the insurance industry, holding leadership positions such as Director of Claims and Claims Operations Manager at Plymouth Rock Assurance since December 2020, and previously serving as VP and Managing Director for New England at Crawford & Company from March 2018 to December 2020. Additional roles include Customer Experience Executive at Enservio, Team Manager II at Crawford & Company, and Multiline Adjuster at Safety Insurance. Cindy's career also includes work as a Special Event Designer at Winston Flowers and Sr. Casualty Adjuster at The Hanover Insurance Group. Education includes studies at Colby-Sawyer College, Duke University, and the University of Vermont.
