Joe Pedulla, CSCS is a Strength & Conditioning Coach with extensive experience in various athletic programs. Currently serving at the University of Oklahoma since August 2023, Joe focuses on strength and conditioning for Softball and Women’s Golf. As the owner of Pedulla Performance LLC since October 2022, Joe also provided in-person and remote hybrid coaching at PRD Baseball Academy until August 2023. Previously, Joe worked with the Kansas City Royals as a MiLB Strength & Conditioning Coach from January 2022 to August 2023, contributing to the development of players at the Low-A and High-A levels. Additional experience includes coaching roles at njFASSST and Texas Christian University, alongside a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from Gordon College, obtained in 2021.
