Lake Dawson

Lake Dawson, MBA, currently serves as the Senior Assistant General Manager of Football at the University of Oklahoma since June 2025. Prior experience includes roles as a Senior Executive and Assistant Director of College Scouting with the Buffalo Bills from May 2017 to June 2025, and as a Senior Player Personnel Associate with the Cleveland Browns-NFL from June 2015 to May 2017. Dawson has extensive experience in player personnel, holding various leadership positions with the Tennessee Titans and earlier roles with the Seattle Seahawks, Indianapolis Colts, and Kansas City Chiefs as a professional wide receiver. Lake Dawson is pursuing a Doctor of Education in Adult Education and Higher Education Leadership at the University of Memphis and holds an MBA from Indiana University Bloomington, alongside a Bachelor's Degree in Communication/Marketing.
