Lauren Ledbetter

Lauren Ledbetter, M.Ed, GCDF, is an experienced education professional currently serving as the Interim Director of the Center for Major and Career Exploration and Senior Major and Career Exploration Coach at the University of Oklahoma since June 2017. In these roles, Lauren coaches students in decision making, self-awareness, and goal setting to help them confidently choose their majors and careers. Previously, Lauren held the position of Interim Director of the Student Learning Center and Academic Advisor, focusing on the academic and holistic development of first-year students. Prior experience includes serving as Co-Chair of the Student Success Center at Oklahoma Baptist University, where responsibilities encompassed managing staff and academic support, as well as roles in academic mentoring and administrative assistance. Lauren holds a Master of Education in Adult and Higher Education with a Student Affairs emphasis from the University of Oklahoma and a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Oklahoma Baptist University.
