Lindsey Hayward is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in program and project management across various sectors. Currently serving as the Assistant Program Manager for the Sustainable City Year Program at the University of Oregon, Lindsey supports partnerships that connect students with local communities to address community-identified challenges. Previously, as a Senior Operations Manager at Uber, Lindsey launched Eugene’s first bike share system and successfully developed marketing strategies and managed contracts. With leadership roles at organizations such as United Way of Lane County, where Lindsey directed education initiatives and managed significant budgets, and Kids on Bikes, where Lindsey increased fundraising efforts and community engagement, a strong background in nonprofit management and community development is evident. Lindsey holds an MBA in Innovation and Entrepreneurship, along with a Nonprofit Certificate, from the University of Oregon, and a degree in Psychology and Business from Creighton University.
