Jacques Nadeau

Jacques Nadeau is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in integrated operations and sustainable development within the municipal sector. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Integrated Operations at the University of Ottawa since August 2017, Jacques has previously held significant roles such as Senior Director of National Programs at the Federation of Canadian Municipalities, focusing on sustainable development and collaboration with municipal-aboriginal entities. Jacques also served as Senior Manager for the Green Municipal Fund, overseeing funding operations, and as Director of the Department of Environmental Services at Ville de Gatineau, where management of water and waste services was emphasized. Earlier roles include Deputy Director of Operations at Communauté Urbaine de l'Outaouais and Director of Engineering/Production at COVENT Fans inc. Jacques holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Mechanical Engineering from Polytechnique Montréal, completed in 1989.
