Judy Sobh

Judy Sobh is currently a Teaching Assistant at the University of Ottawa, a position held since September 2023. Previously, Judy served as an Undergraduate Researcher in the Diallo Lab at the Ottawa Hospital Research Institute from May 2022 to April 2024, focusing on using Viral Sensitizers to enhance oncolytic virotherapy under the mentorship of Dr. Jean-Simon Diallo. Judy's experience also includes working as a Pharmacy Technician at Loblaw Companies Limited from July 2021 to August 2023, and in various roles at the City of Ottawa from December 2018 to June 2023, including Customer Service Representative, Program Specialist, Sports Instructor, and Summer Camp Counselor. Additionally, Judy held leadership positions in Enactus from June 2021 to March 2023, serving as Director of Perfect Pitch and in roles related to research and program development. Judy is pursuing an Honours Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Sciences and Science Policy, along with a Master's degree in Cellular and Molecular Medicine with a focus on Bioinformatics, both at the University of Ottawa.
