Renata Uresti

Renata Uresti is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership, organizational development, and academic law. Currently serving as the Manager of Leadership, Learning, and Organizational Development at the University of Ottawa since July 2013, Uresti oversees the Academic Leadership Program and supports initiatives aligned with the Transformation 2030 Strategic Plan. Previous roles at the university include Manager of the Planning Office of the Provost and Vice-President Academic Affairs and Manager of the Professional Development Centre at the Faculty of Law, where Uresti managed bilingual career services for law students and alumni. Uresti also has a strong background in project management and training from previous positions at High Impact Training Services and Universidad de Monterrey, where Uresti received multiple Teaching Excellence Awards. Uresti holds a Master of Laws from Université Aix Marseille III and a Bachelor of Laws from Universidad de Monterrey.
