Chloe Strevens is a seasoned professional in biodiversity, conservation, and ecology with extensive experience in academic and research settings. Currently serving as a Journal Section Editor at Plos Sustainability and Transformation since October 2021, Chloe previously held the role of Course Director for the MSc/MPhil in Biodiversity, Conservation and Management at the University of Oxford, where responsibilities included course design, implementation, and student supervision. Chloe's earlier positions include a Daphne Jackson Research Fellow at the University of Oxford, where research focused on legislative influences on butterfly conservation, and Programme Officer at UNEP-WCMC, managing biodiversity management projects involving diverse stakeholders. Prior roles also include post-doctoral research at the Wildlife Conservation Research Unit and mentoring students with disabilities.
