Francisco De Feria is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in data analysis, project management, and food science. Currently serving as a Reporting & Data Analyst at the University of Oxford, Francisco also founded Mind the Sugar, a venture focused on revealing the true sugar content in food. Previous roles include Information Analyst at Oxfordshire County Council, where responsibilities involved sourcing and analyzing information for adult social care, and Data Analyst at PepsiCo, where Francisco enhanced data accuracy and efficiency. Other notable positions include Project Manager for the Chile Fund against Hunger and Poverty and Lead Project Coordinator for ACHIPIA, highlighting expertise in international cooperation and agricultural projects. Francisco holds a Master’s Degree in Food Science from the University of Melbourne and an Agricultural Engineering degree from Universidad de Chile.
