Pete Stanton

Pete Stanton serves as the Talent Acquisition Manager at the University of Oxford since October 2024. Previous roles at Reed included RPO Talent Manager, RPO Talent Lead, Executive RPO Talent Partner, and Senior RPO Talent Partner, with responsibilities encompassing team leadership and recruitment for both public and private sector clients. Earlier in the career, Pete held positions at Hays and O2 (Telefónica UK), and holds a BA (Hons) in Creative & Professional Writing from Bangor University.
