Ayman al Najjar

Ayman Al Najjar is currently a PhD candidate and researcher at the University of Pécs, Hungary, since September 2022. Ayman previously served as a startup mentor, providing guidance to entrepreneurs from June 2020 to June 2022. From March 2018 to March 2020, Ayman held the position of business development manager at Exeed, focusing on small and medium-sized enterprises, while also managing digital marketing and sales development strategies. Prior roles include ICT project manager at Al-Taknia for Telecommunications, managing fiber-to-home projects, and B2B senior marketing manager at Orange Jordan, where Ayman oversaw product marketing and service delivery for various telecommunications solutions. Ayman's extensive experience also includes positions as a senior quality engineer and project engineer for Orange and the Ministry of Energy & Natural Resources, respectively. Ayman holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering/Communications from the University of Jordan, an MBA from the University of Mu'tah, and a diploma in professional marketing from NYIT.
