Heather Smith

Heather Smith is an accomplished healthcare executive with over two decades of experience in various leadership roles within prominent institutions. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at Penn Medicine, University of Pennsylvania Health System since June 2007, Heather has also held positions such as Business Director for Surgery and Director of Operations for Cardiac, Thoracic, and Vascular Surgery. Prior experience includes serving as President of PARCA, Inc. and Director of Patient Affairs at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania.
