Mary Ann Garbowski

Mary Ann Garbowski, PhD, FACHE, currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Penn Medicine, University of Pennsylvania Health System, overseeing outpatient ambulatory operations across 45 clinics which generate over 600,000 patient visits annually. Prior experience includes roles as the Director of AF Medical Supply Chain and Logistics in the United States Air Force, supporting a $6 billion budget, and the Chief of the Medical Supply Chain and Logistics Branch at the Defense Health Agency, overseeing logistics for 9.5 million beneficiaries. Additional positions include Senior Medical Logistics Fellow at LMI and various leadership roles in the United States Air Force, where Mary Ann managed extensive healthcare teams and resources. Mary Ann holds a PhD in Organizational Leadership from Regent University, an MHA from the University of North Florida, and a BS in Health Education from the University of Florida.
