Philomena Faia

Philomena Faia, MBA, currently serves as the Accounting Manager for Penn Medicine within the University of Pennsylvania Health System since October 2022, having previously held the role of Senior Financial Analyst in Radiation Oncology. Prior to this, Philomena worked at Penn Mutual from January 2021 to September 2022 in Financial Reporting and Controls. From October 2018 to January 2021, Philomena gained experience as an Experienced Associate at PwC. Educationally, Philomena earned a Master's Degree in Healthcare & Strategic Management from Villanova University in 2021 and a Bachelor of Science with a dual major in Accounting and Business Intelligence and Analytics, along with a minor in Philosophy, from Saint Joseph's University in 2018.
