Senthil Balasubramanian

Senthil Balasubramanian has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Senthil has held various roles at different organizations. At Penn Medicine, University of Pennsylvania Health System, they worked as the Director of Service Line Analytics, where they provided subject matter expertise for patient access and telehealth, delivered technical solutions for complex business problems, and influenced decision-making in technology and patient access domains. Prior to this, they were a Senior Consultant, Analytics at the same organization, responsible for overseeing analytics for the Primary Care Service Line and providing population health analytics and dashboarding support. Senthil also worked as the Manager of the Ambulatory Data Team, where they oversaw a patient experience data platform and drove results across practice and patient performance. In addition, they served as a Senior Management Engineer, Clinical Practices I Management Engineer, overseeing the development and maintenance of a performance dashboard and leading training programs for end-users.

Earlier in their career, Senthil worked as a Student Intern at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center, where they used simulation modeling software to study the flow of patients in the emergency department. Senthil also worked as a Software Engineer at Infosys, where they received training in high-level programming languages and worked with a Japanese client to deploy a financial management application.

Senthil Balasubramanian has completed a Certificate Program in Leadership in a New Era of Healthcare from The Wharton School. Additionally, they hold a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Industrial Engineering from The Ohio State University and a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Industrial Engineering and Management from RV College Of Engineering.
