Emily Parry

Emily Parry, M. Ed., currently serves as the Associate Director of Professional Development and Networking at the University of Pennsylvania, where responsibilities include overseeing professional development strategies for over 5,300 Masters and Online Engineering students and collaborating with multiple departments to enhance engagement opportunities. Prior to this role, Emily functioned as a Career Counselor for First Year Students at Drexel University, where a university-wide engagement model for approximately 3,000 students was developed, along with impactful reporting on outcomes and collaboration initiatives. Earlier experience includes serving as an Experiential Learning Coordinator at Carnegie Mellon University, where the first and second year professional development strategy was created, and as an Employer Outreach Intern, focusing on alumni connections and outreach analysis. Emily holds a Master of Education in Higher Education Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Communications, both from the University of Pittsburgh, as well as a high school diploma from B. Reed Henderson High School.
