Ivana M. M.

Ivana M. M. is a Doctoral Candidate at the University of Pennsylvania with an extensive background in diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives. Currently serving on the National Inclusion & Equity Committee of AAUW, Ivana also holds a position as a Board Member on the Executive Board of Advisors for the Jepson School of Leadership at the University of Richmond. Previously, Ivana was the Associate Director of Alumni Engagement & Inclusion Initiatives at William & Mary, where responsibilities included managing diverse alumni programming and chairing the University Advancement Diversity & Inclusion Committee. Additional experience includes board membership with the Girl Scouts of the USA and participation in various academic and legislative roles, reflecting a robust commitment to fostering inclusive environments and promoting social justice across educational and community organizations. Ivana holds a PhD in Higher Education Administration from the University of Pennsylvania, a Master’s degree from William & Mary, and a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Richmond.
